I got my order from Patiowell on time, so no issues there, but for some reason the box looked beat up when it arrived. Luckily, nothing major was broken, just a few scratches here and there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they could pack things a little better.

I was not expecting much, but this door has been a tiny everyday miracle. It opens so smoothly and closes without that annoying sticking or fighting you sometimes get. I use it every single day and so far, absolutely zero drama. It feels solid, the latch lines up just right, and it has somehow made a simple door feel like a victory.

I found what I was looking for really quickly, and checkout was simple. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend if they wanted an easy site to shop on

Not gonna lie, I had a small issue and support took care of it really quickly. Super easy and way less stressful than I expected.

i mean, I was a little worried the patiowell panels wouldn’t line up right, but they actually fit the frame really well. Didn’t have to mess around with them much at all.

I expected the lock to feel a bit sturdier. It works, but when you use it, you can tell it doesn’t feel as solid as it should.

A few parts were missing from my shed kit which was annoying at first, but support got back to me quick and sent them out right away. Not ideal, but they fixed it with no fuss so all good in the end

Got my order from Patio Well the hardware feels way better than I expected. The screws, hinges, and other parts all feel sturdy, not cheap or flimsy at all. Everything lined up without much hassle too. I guess whoever runs this actually made sure the parts weren’t junk, so I’m happy with it so far.

The floor is okay overall, but it does wobble a little when there’s weight on it. Not a huge deal, but I do wish it felt a bit more solid.

I’ve been using it for a bit, and overall it works fine for what I need. That said, a few parts do feel a little cheap or flimsy when you handle them, so it doesn’t give the most durable impression. It’s good enough for everyday use, but I wouldn’t expect anything super heavy-duty

I left this outside through some rough rain and windy days, and I was half expecting it to fail on me because that’s usually my luck. But it’s still looking decent. A little water did sneak in around the edges, which was annoying, though thankfully it wasn’t anything major. For the price, I can’t complain too much, but I do wish the cover fit a bit tighter so I didn’t have to worry every time the weather turns bad

Our yard gets crazy wind all the time, like every shed in the world would probably struggle back there, so I was expecting this one from patiowell.com to rattle or shift around a bit. But it’s been surprisingly solid and hasn’t made a bunch of noise like my old one used to.
We’ve already had a few really windy nights, and nothing has bent, moved, or acted up at all. The doors still close normally too, which is usually the first thing to go with these kinds of sheds. Overall, I’m really happy with it so far.

It’s hard to describe, but the waterproofing is just okay. Most of the time it seems fine, but every now and then I notice a little leaking.

The prices could be a bit cheaper, tbh. But they’re not terrible either, just kind of average...

I like that most of the pieces have that modern, tidy look, so it’s easy to picture how they’d fit in my yard. Overall, it gave me a good impression.
